If something is missing or wrong
Out of stock after you order? We'll WhatsApp you (0308 0947650) for a substitute or a refund on that line. You don't need a portal ticket for everyday grocery fixes.
What we can usually help with
- Wrong item delivered (vs what you ordered)
- Damaged packaging / spoilt fresh goods on arrival
- Clear price mistake on the site
- Missing item from the packed order
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo on WhatsApp when you can.
What we generally can't take back
- Opened / partly used food for change of mind
- Temperature-sensitive items once accepted and stored
- Promo / clearance items marked final sale (if stated at checkout)
Delivery
We deliver in Lahore — same day or within 24 hours where possible. Free delivery from Rs 10,000.
